For the purpose of promoting the upgrade and adjustment of agricultural, light and textile industry, raising the quality of exported agricultural, light and textile products and improving the competitiveness, matters concerning Applying the Trade Promotion Capital for Agricultural, Light Industry and Textile Products in 2006 are notified as follows:

1. The key scope of capital support in 2006
1) Conduct capital support for platform service of industry public technology
2) Establish capital support for quality retroactive system of agricultural products

2. Standard of capital support
All the projects shall adopt partial support mode.

3. Required application materials
1) Project Application on Trade Promotion Capital for Agricultural, Light Industry and Textile Products in 2006
2) Authentication and certification document obtained by application unit
3) Copy of the Business Licence duplicate of the artificial person
4) Archival Filing and Registration Form of Foreign Trade Business (copy) of the applying enterprises
5) 2005 and 2006 Financial Reporting audited by agencies
6) Actual payment voucher of the project capital
7) Other required materials for application

4. Examination, approval and allocation
The project capital shall be allocated when passing check and acceptance process at the completion of the project.
The check and acceptance process shall be completed before February 15, 2007.
