On Jan.16th, co-organized by CCCT and Shanghai ECV International Co., Ltd., China & Asia Textile Forum 2014 was successfully held in Beijing. Through various ways such as policy interpretation and situation analysis over China and some other Asian countries, the purpose of this forum is to help Chinese and foreign textile industry better understand the latest progress of textile and apparel supply chains in China and other Asian Countries so as to promptly adjust to changes of market policies, better deal with risks and meanwhile grasp opportunities accordingly.
Nearly 200 people including experts of national textile associations, entrepreneurs, international buyers and brand owners from China, Hong Kong, the U.S., South Korea, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos etc. attended the forum. Chairman of CCCT Jiang Hui, Mr. Xu Wenying, Vice Chairman of China National Textile & Apparel Council (CNTAC) and Chairmen of Korean Federation of Textile Industries (KOFOTI), The Textile Association of India (TAI) and Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC) respectively made an introduction of the current situation of textile and apparel industry in their country as well as the opportunities and challenges it is facing with.
